Welcome to Bananas!

Hello interwebs! This is not my first attempt at a blog, but this is my first attempt at a personal blog that has not been created for school. I am currently trying to finish my Ph.D. in English, and this blog may act more like a procrastination project than anything else. The goal of this blog is to share my adventures with food and what I learn along the way. I named this blog Bananas! because I love the flavor of bananas (both artificial and real), and I also wanted a name that was fun and not overly complicated. Welcome, and Enjoy!
