I recently ran across this idea from
Shape magazine for a pina colada smoothie. What you do is add one cup of low-fat yogurt (I used vanilla) with 1 frozen banana, around 1/2 cup of pineapple, and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut (I used sweetened because that's what I had on hand).
Blend until smooth. It really is delicious. I used fresh pineapple, but I think canned would work fine. If you have fresh, definitely give this a try.
